Join or Renew Membership


January 15, 2009 is the Deadline for Member Listings in the printed version of the 2009 MOPAN Creative Resources Directory. New Member Listings or Changes/Additions will be added to the Online Directory ASAP.

The Preferred Method for joining or renewal is via the online form below. MOPAN accepts membership fees by check (by mail) or by credit or debit card (using the PayPal link below).  Alternately, you can click here to obtain a printable Membership Form to mail.

Step 1 - Membership Level



You must also select a Membership Level.

  Corporate ($140/yr)
Organization/Individual ($65/yr)
Associate ($40/yr)
Student ($20/yr)

New Members please note that there is a one-time $5 New Membership Setup Fee.

MOPAN Membership Levels

  • FULL - Any business or individual qualified to work in the field(s) in which they are registering.   Includes listing in up to three categories in the MOPAN Creative Services Directory and Online Directory, each with a 30-word description, the right to attend meetings, voting status on issues affecting the organization, and receipt of the monthly newsletter.

    • Corporate - employees plus owners = 3 or more
    • Organizational/Individual - employees plus owners = 1 or 2

  • ASSOCIATE - Any business or individual qualified in the field(s) in which they are registering.   Includes a single category listing (without a description) in the MOPAN Creative Services Directory and Online Directory, the right to attend meetings, and receipt of the monthly newsletter.

  • STUDENT - Anyone who wishes to stay in contact with MOPAN and the film/video industry and who is a student.   Listing includes (choose one) address, phone or email.

Step 2 - Contact Information


Renewing Members need not fill in the following information if there have been no changes.

New Members must complete the items in this section, as appropriate.   Please note that:

  • NEW LISTINGS from crew and freelancers must include a current resume
    and the names and phone numbers of two professional references.

  • NEW MEMBER BUSINESSES must include a description of their facilities
    and services on letterhead or brochure, and two client references.

  • Copies of these items with a brief cover letter should be mailed to:

Step 4 - to Sending In Your Membership


Please review your entries before submitting.   Review by MOPAN may not catch all errors.

  • I understand my application is not complete until payment has been received.

          addition to my Category listing(s) and that I must contact MOPAN to do this.
